The second accountability process of the delegates to their constituents corresponding to the 17th term of office of the local bodies of the People´s Power Assemblies.
According to Nancy Arzuaga, an official of the Provincial Assembly of the People’s Power, the six thousand 102 planned meetings were held in which the delegates of the districts exchanged with the electors about the results and concerns in this period.
With the satisfactory attendance of 79 percent, especially in Rio Cauto and Bartolomé Masó, both above the provincial average of assistance.

These meetings have become important spaces to reflect the necessary improvements of the conditions in the communities and the concerns of the population.
