The first secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba in Granma, Federico Hernández Hernández and the Council of the Provincial Administration recognized different entities of the social sector for the achievements this year, this December 10th, at the Revolution Square Plaza of Bayamo.
The Provincial Directorates of Health, Education, Sports and communal; the Delegation of Science, Technology and Environment; and the organizations: Cuban Association of the Physically Limited (Aclifim), National Association of the Blind and Visually Impaired and National Association of the Deaf People of Cuba, were recogized.
Also, the University of Granma; which also received congratulations on its 43rd anniversary.
“The university has accompanied us, accompanies us and will always accompany us; not only in the formation of the present and the future of the nation, but also in the wish that we have to develop the province and progressing, to raise the scientific and professional level of our society, ”said Hernández Hernández.
Hernandez stressed that we must multiply unity and always defend our history. In addition, he took the opportunity to wish a happy new year for those present in the ceremony.
