Heavy rainfall in the afternoon of this Wednesday caused flooding to the residents of Callejón de 23, in the city of Cárdenas. As confirmed by meteorologist Henry Delgado Manzor, in one hour 90 millimeters accumulated in the rain gauge, which qualifies as strong and locally intense rain.

Firefighters from Command 5 evaluated the situation of the drains and carried out actions to support the residents of that lower area of the city.
