Itinerario, is the new personal expo of the Niquerian artist, based in Manzanillo, Manuel Olivera Álvarez (MOA), open to the public on Thursday night, in the traditional gallery of the Provincial Committee of UNEAC, Granma.

With the use of the technique acrylic on canvas, the ten pieces that make up the sample reflect the latest production of the aforementioned creator of plastic visuality, promoted by the Provincial Council of Performing Arts.

This action is part of those contemplated for the 50 years of MOA, as a cultural promoter, who between 1968 and 1972, studied Painting and Drawing at the José Joaquín Tejada Professional School of Plastic Arts in Santiago de Cuba and later at the Higher Pedagogical Institute Blas Roca Calderío, from which he graduated as a Bachelor of Plastic Education.

For several years he has chaired the municipal committee of the Manzanillo UNEAC, has to his credit more than twenty personal exhibitions and multiple collective and itinerant exhibitions inside and outside our country.

Itinerario moves away from the figurative and is an excellent reason to enjoy abstractionism, from a very personal conception and the preamble to the 21st edition of the Spring Theater International Scenic Meeting to take place in Bayamo from May 20 to 24.
