THE VICE PRESIDENT

According to the rules of procedures for the working of the Provincial Assemblies of the People´s Power, in the Second Section in its article 10, item A, the Vice President takes over the functions of the president in cases of temporary absence, so that through article 33 of the Regulation itself has the power to convene for the sessions of these, with not less than ten days in advance.
Therefore, in consequence of the above,
I convene

For January 4, 2020, at 10.00 am, at the session hall of the seat, for the purpose of developing the 11th Regular Session, corresponding to the 12 Mandate Period of the Provincial Assembly.

Among other topics, the status of compliance with the agreements and provisions approved by the Assembly in previous sessions, analysis and approval of the proposed Economic – Social Plan Guidelines and the Budget project for the 2020 will be analyzed. Permanent Commission that deals with Economic Affairs.

Let it be communicate to the delegates to the Provincial Assembly of the People´s Power of Granma, as well as to any natural persons or corporate body that may be appropriate. Report for general knowledge.
